How to find the confidence to promote yourself as an actor

Promoting yourself as an actor can feel very scary.

Making yourself visible can open you up to criticism.

Will other people think you’re arrogant? Will people laugh at you?
Are you even good enough? Will it even lead to anything?

These thoughts can run ragged around our minds, exhausting us so much we don’t have energy to promote ourselves.

In this episodeour Artistic Director Louise, shares a story of her 2 year old nephew getting high fives that relates to you getting acting work and what you can learn from him.

She also shares how she overcame her own wobbles around confidently promoting herself, to inspire you to start putting yourself out in the industry and making yourself available for acting work!

This is essential listening for actors of all levels who are serious about getting acting work.

Once you’ve listened, be sure to save your place at the FREE online Business of Acting Workshop on Sun 30th April “Raise your Profile, Book More Roles”.

This workshop only takes place every 6 months (sometimes longer) and is the must-attend event for  those who know they were destined for the stage and silver screen.
